Should local ordinances requiring rental inspections be found unconstitutional?

I have a major pet peeve right now. My city has passed a "rental inspection" requirement, upon all rental properties. I am being forced to allow a stranger to come into my rental home,and check to make sure everything is up to par.

Last night, my husband and my 12 year old daughter were watching the movie "TITANIC" together, on one of the cable networks. During the artistic nude scene, my daughter asked, "Why would anyone take their clothes off to pose for a picture? That's just STUPID!"
